    Intergenerational communication is the exchange of information and ideas between people from different age groups. This type of communication is crucial for building understanding and respect between generations. This workshop encourages participants to learn effective communication strategies to bridge generational gaps and promote harmony in various settings, such as the workplace or family. The workshop also addresses the challenges and misconceptions that may arise due to differences in communication styles, values, and expectations among different age groups. Ultimately, this workshop aims to foster a culture of mutual respect and cooperation among people of all ages.

    Key highlights of the workshop include:

    * Addressing challenges and misconceptions that may arise due to generational differences.

    *Learning practical techniques to promote mutual respect and cooperation.

Whether you're buying or selling, this event is not to be missed!

    Event Information:

    • Registering your address to participate is free! 
    • Limited Rental Spots: Don't have a yard or facing obstacles like a tricky driveway? No worries! We have a limited number of spots available to rent for a small fee. This is perfect for those who want to participate but face logistical challenges. Plus, it's a great opportunity to soak in the downtown atmosphere and vibe! Outdoor spots in grass, 10 x 10 for $10 and 10 x 20 for $20! 
    • We will have a limited number of flyers available with addresses printed, making it easier for shoppers to navigate the sale.
    • Can't grab a flyer? No problem! The map with participating addresses will also be available online, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun.

    Get ready to don your lederhosen and raise a stein at the Ferndale Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 28th, from 5-10 pm!

    Join us for a night of Bavarian fun and festivities at our 21+ event, filled with music, dancing, costume contest, and traditional Bavarian games. Indulge in delicious bites from our selection of food trucks and grab a pint of your favorite brew.

    Early bird tickets are available until July 15th for just $20! After July 15th tickets will be $30, so don't wait to secure your spot. Your ticket includes entry to the event and two drink tickets, with additional drink tickets available for purchase.

    Make your Oktoberfest experience complete by adding on a commemorative glass stein for just $15 extra! Use it at the event and get to take home a piece of the celebration.
